The Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) a foundational role that drives the delivery of timely, relevant and value-added business solutions within the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) domain. To achieve this, the BSA coordinates with the EAM team, Business Unit (BU) security leaders (including BISOs), application owners/teams to define concrete business requirements or user stories, set acceptance criteria, ensure proper execution to McKesson’s security policies and standards, and provides ongoing support of EAM integrative solutions, particularly Okta B2B and B2C integrations including Harmony.
Requirements gathering for several B2B/B2C applications for the purpose of integrating them with Okta
o Drive Self-Service UI requirements with Enterprise Solutions team, the UI/UX team, and PwC (Goal is to minimize and streamline development effort for application teams to accelerate adoption of MFA.)
• Light technical project management
• Across all B2B/B2C initiatives:
o Lead liaison with customers, business unit leaders, solution team(s), and EAM team
o Analyze, perform gap analysis, define concrete business requirements/user stories, set acceptance criteria, coordinate user acceptance testing with customers and collaborate with others to provide a frictionless user experience
o Actively participate in technical design sessions with EAM architect, engineers, product management, and solution teams providing input to ensure that business and technical requirements are met
o Requirements gathering for tool decommissioning efforts.
o Review and qualify basic high-level requirements for B2B, B2C items in backlog
o Recommend changes in product, process and service offerings based on stakeholder feedback; presents high-level benefits of recommendation and explains rationale for selection over alternative solutions
o Evangelize EAM policies and practices to engineers and customers regarding configuration of system(s)
o Effectively interface with internal and external customers
o Align with stakeholders and provide input to product manager for building a prioritized product roadmap
o Influence and foster collaborative relationships; lead and engage resources outside of direct control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve objectives
o Review deliverables, provide recommendations and address issues as appropriate
